General Information

           The propose workshop will aim primarily at creating awareness regarding the necessity of maintaining a congenial atmosphere where everybody in the society can strive for his best towards the progress and prosperity. The workshop will focus on tentatively on the following sub themes:

• The three generation of Human Rights

• Globalisation and Human Rights

• Human Rights and Women

• Police and Human Right.

• Judiciary as protector of Human Right

• Rights of Child

• Ethnocentrism, Terrorism and Human Rights

• The world perspective relating to Human Right

• Human Rights Education.

LAKHIMPUR GIRLS’ COLLEGE, THE HOST

The seminar will be held at the Lakhimpur Girls’ College which is situated about 4km, 1 km and 8 km from railway station, bus station and air port respectively. It has a pleasant weather during September, the temperature ranging from 26-28 ^oC
